As a personal trainer, I strive to create an empowering and rewarding environment for my clients. Designing a program that best fits your personal goals is the key. I emphasize injury prevention and I am certified in CPR. I love to help clients reach their fitness goals, to build strength and endurance through proper weight and strength training techniques. I am available for one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.

I also provide private one-on-one and group yoga sessions! Yoga is my serenity. I want to share what I’ve learned with others and to inspire those around me, My primary purpose is to launch you on your journey to self-exploration and healing...to health and well-being. This includes focusing on breath and foundational yoga poses. I strive to be a role model and to help you be the best that you can be!

I am also certified to instruct yoga for ages 3-5, ages 6-10, teens/tweens, and different needs. Yoga is a wonderful way to build self-awareness, confidence, positive thinking, and clarity.
Styles of yoga that I teach are:
Power Yoga to build strength and stability
Vinyasa Power Flow to energize and synch breath with movements
Slow Flow Sequence to explore breath work and meditation for a calm flow practice
Yin Yoga to target the interconnective tissue throughout the body, to increase flexibility, range of motion, and circulation in the joints
